To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be legal residents of the United States with a current United States address for prize fulfillment, who at the time of entry are (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Employees of Bored Teachers or the Sponsors and their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Each entrant may submit only one completed form. To enter, submit your name/email address/info for contest entry in the entry form on of this page. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

The contest starts on August 11th, 2025 and all entries must be received by Bored Teachers by 11:59 p.m. EST on August 22nd, 2025.

Winners will be contacted at the “entry” email address used to enter, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner.

If a winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.

All published prizes from the Sponsor are fulfilled by the Sponsor and are the sole responsibility of the Sponsor.

Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes received, if any.

Product prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Only the number of prizes stated herein is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries is received.

To the extent not overridden by these Contest Rules, information provided by you under this program is subject to Bored Teachers’ privacy policy located at https://www.boredteachers.com/privacy.

By entering this contest, you are agreeing to allow Bored Teachers to provide Sponsor with any content you provide as part of your entry. Said content shall become the property of Sponsor and you agree to be bound by Sponsor’s privacy policies. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Bored Teachers and Sponsor accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

Bored Teachers cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. Bored Teachers is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.

Bored Teachers reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.

The odds of winning will depend on the total number of valid entrants.

By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Bored Teachers, Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.

Bored Teachers and Sponsors retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final and discretionary. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this contest. The courts of Florida shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Contest Rules and/or this promotion. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the promotion, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Florida. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
