You’ve done all you can to prepare your kids for the big day.>There’s that little hope in the back of your mind that says, “Nothing will go wrong, we will be fine.

It never fails. Something always goes wrong that sends you into a panic and you can’t do anything about it. Here are 10 things you never want to hear during state testing, and always do.

1. “I just answered all my reading questions on the math answer sheet. Is that OK?

2. (10 minutes into the test) “I have to pee.

3. “My pencil broke.

4. Crying. Not just from the students, but the teachers and proctors too.

5. Test booklets closing 12 minutes into an hour-long test.

6. Snoring — because you know they didn’t check their answers!

7. Fire Alarms. Nothing says test security like everyone running down the halls.
