Arm us with books and common sense gun laws. Don’t try to arm us with bullets. I’m tired of practicing lockdown drills with my 7-year-old babies. I’m tired of crowding them in a corner to be as silent as possible when that time should be spent teaching them to be loud, teaching them to use their voice to change the world. I’m tired of feeling scared of dying at school, which is supposed to be our sanctuary space. I’m tired of hearing that a gun in my classroom would fix this; it absolutely would not. Don’t try to arm me with bullets. Arm me with change. Thank you to young people ALL over the nation who who started this movement years ago. Your voices matter. We hear you. We will amplify.✊?✊?✊?✊?#marchforourlives
