LAUGH
Don’t get me wrong, I love me some free Tex-Mex at Chipotle and discounted pancakes at IHOP, but I think many would agree that we could use a lot of other things, a lot more (and yes, we know the Mexican food chain is not responsible for raising our salaries or buying us school supplies, so don’t go getting all stuck on that!). My mother was driven from teaching into early retirement by bureaucracy & incessant standardised test prep. The daily battle w/ parents, admin, and the system was affecting her health.
